Can I share my subscription with someone else?
No, subscription prices are per student.
If I don’t go to classes as much as I thought can I get a refund?
Sure, within 30 days of your subscription starting you can get a full refund for absolutely any reason.
I have a 1 or 2 class per day subscription. If I miss a class one day, can I make up for it by doing extra classes on another day?
With a 1 or 2 class per day subscription, you can only attend the number of classes allowed per day (either 1 or 2). So, if you miss a class one day, you can’t make up for it by attending more classes on another day.
However, if you choose my unlimited subscription, you can take as many classes as you want on any day.
When does my monthly subscription start and end?
Your subscription starts on the day you subcribe. For example, if you sign up on January 15th, your subscription will renew on February 15th.
How do I get a refund?
Within your first 30 days you can just contact me and ask for one, I’ll be happy to give you a full refund for any reason.
